The Lavender Cafe Orchestra needs musicians who can play to a reasonable standard, eg Grade 5 for a starting point.

Our performances are for the LGBTQ+ community but that doesn't mean you have to feel that you fit into any of those identities, yourself. It would be quite helpful if you like the sort of music we play or you can compose.

Rehearsals will be in Saltaire, Shipley on Sunday afternoons every few weeks prior to an event. We aim to break even and we'll ask musicians to make a voluntary contribution  to the hire of rehearsal space until we're afloat.
